Business strategist will improve the effectiveness of every company onboarded to Invisible. They will help by analyzing the new clients existing practices for efficiency weaknesses. After the assessment, they create solutions to help the company more efficiently meet its goal using Invisible. This will increase the usage of Invisible for each individual client, and improve the retention of the client due to proper expectation settings and use of the product.
What do they do?
Our company is looking for a Business Strategist who can help us to improve our clients processes in their business to better utilize Invisible. The successful candidate for this position will partner with our clients executive management to review their current business operations processes and make recommendations and break down processes to improve efficiency, enhance customer service and reduce company costs with Invisible. Individuals with a strong background in consulting within the tech and enterprise sector are encouraged to apply for this position.
Partner with executive management teams to assess and improve client’s current business processes
Establish methods for testing business applications and create templates for reports used to monitor application effectiveness
Monitor the communication between various departments to make sure that the customer service team is getting the information it needs to improve customer satisfaction
Work closely with key customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service
Submit regular reports to management team about company health and new initiatives in progress
