You’ll love this role if:

You’re an energetic, driven professional with sound business acumen and natural writing instincts. You are tenacious in everything you do, and always communicate a strong message that is on-point and on brand. A strong natural communicator, both written and verbal, and very organized. You are entrepreneurial and can demonstrate quick thinking and creative problem-solving.

We need someone to be able to look at a draft, read any notes we have in our CRM about that person, review our historical messaging history with that person, review our mutual connections with that person, review that person's social media profiles, LinkedIn history, and company website... and then personalize the shit out of a base template so the response rate goes way up.

You can track real-time metrics/analytics and make tweaks and optimize Copy quickly to improve conversions. Another key requirement is the ability to quickly research target audience and map connections (1st degree/2nd degree connections) to then send "custom, highly convertible copy" - well versed in email Marketing/Linkedin Marketing is a huge plus.

You have ton of samples/portfolio of sales copy that you want to share in your application - specifically "B2B, Lead-Gen" related.

This will be an Agent level position (not an employee/partner but an hourly contractor) with a starting pay of $20/hour with a potential to make $40/hour eventually (for the right candidate).


Responsibilities

  • Will be doing email marketing/LinkedIn marketing

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven experience as a sales content writer, strategist or similar role
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack.
  • Strong self-manager with impeccable attention to detail
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Hub Spot and Google Analytics
  • Experience in using networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  • Exceptional metric-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn't working
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience in b2b marketing
  • Experience at companies with a self-service customer acquisition model and/or BPO and consulting a plus
  • Deeply creative, ability to challenge "normal" and execute on new playbooks
  • Must be able to articulate ideas both verbally and as a writer
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
