What do Router/Scoper do?

When our clients send new work for us to perform, it is received by routers who then use their judgement and experience to indicate which team will work on it. They pass it to scoping where the work is digested, understood and re-explained in the form of written instructions, these instructions will be defined by you! Both sections are in charge of setting clear expectations of when the work will be delivered to the client as well as communicate crystal clear instructions for the rest of the teams and provide problem solving calls to the operating teams on how to perform a set of instructions.



Agent: Basic Scoper:

  • Proficient in English; has advanced English Communication Skills and is able to comprehend and compose clear emails
  • Shows confidence in his/her ability to ask questions to get clarity on what is needed to properly execute a task
  • Understands what is required to get a task done and how to break these down into clear, written instructions to be executed on by another team
  • Shows hard work ethic and is willing to execute on tasks to understand how to operate on a task
  • Ability to work fast and succeed even with challenges
  • Understands how to prioritize tasks based on time estimates of how long the task will take and what is needed and/or blocked
  • Knowledgable in understanding or being able to estimate how long a task will take to operate on
  • Efficient Problem Solver
  • Technical Skills a Plus


Agent: Advanced Scoper EST should possess all of the above and the following

    • Understands and has skills in using Excel and Google Spreadsheets (medium to advanced level)
    • Understands and has skills in using Microsoft Office and Powerpoint programs
    • Understands and has skills in using GSuite and Outlook (Emails) and Calendars (would know how to schedule a calendar meeting) (medium to advanced level)
    • Has had at least 1-2 years of experience in Executive Assistant or Administrative Type of Work
    • Skills with Quickbooks (Expense reporting Softwares); inbox management, sales and customer service a plus
    • Understands and is sensitive to customer needs and deadlines
    • Communicates well with Executive teams and understands the needs of busy of individuals
    • Is able to respond proficiently to many incoming emails and keep on top of priorities and organization

Compensation
Starting Pay for all Agents is at $3.00 with opportunity for growth
